STORE POLICIES

PRODUCTION
Production begins after the close of the spirit shop. Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the CLOSING DATE.

ORDER DEADLINE
The order deadline will be listed on the home page. This is a FIRM deadline. Once the online store closes, NO ADDITIONAL ORDERS CAN BE PLACED.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping options vary based on the nature of the order and will displayed at checkout. Typically 2 options are offered:

SHIP TO HOME - Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships.
PICK UP AT SMELL GOODIES - Orders can be picked up from Smell Goodies Candles & Gifts located at 12520 Perkins Rd, Ste.107, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.

RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. Manufacturer's sizing charts are provided whenever available to aid in sizing selection. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you. The 3 day window begins when the package is marked delivered by the courier.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDITIONS
Prior to the order deadline, customers may contact us to cancel or add to their order, however once the order deadline has passed we can not cancel or amend any orders.

All artwork produced by ScreenShots Apparel & Design, is owned by ScreenShots Apparel & Design. Please note colors in digital mockups may not represent the colors of final product. Colors may appear differently on fabric than on your computer screen.
